Summer Bliss Retreat

Studio143 owner, Cindia Norton, and fellow instructor, Cassidy Conway, and I have hosted a Summer Bliss Retreat for the past few summers. Each year, we rent a beautiful property in Vermont and host a 4 day retreat with a private chef.

If there’s one thing we’ve learned from hosting previous retreats it’s that each year is a little different—different energies, different locations, different adventures—but some things are always the same: we always learn, we always have fun, and we always witness some pretty miraculous transformations and friendships forged. It’s a beautiful thing.

 

Our retreats include lots of daily yoga, meditation, learning, hiking, exploring, socializing, dancing and more. All meals are prepared by a private chef and accommodate all dietary preferences and restrictions. 

Participants of all levels are more than welcome to attend. Retreats are a great way to deepen your practice, strengthen your friendships (or make new ones!), and reconnect with yourself. Please consider joining us for a future retreat.
